Confused Energy & The Code

I've lost count of the dirty looks I've received from people who think I don't quite fit the mold. But here's the thing: my appearance, my style, my unapologetic attitude – none of these things define my worth or diminish the value I have to offer.

I remember specifically being kicked out of my daughters' baptism because I "didn't belong there". That's how I've always felt. See, I'm a complex, multifaceted individual with a strong sense of self-preservation. I won't back down, and I'll fiercely defend myself and those I care about until this body no longer breathes.

This unyielding spirit has been forged through my experiences, and it's a fundamental part of who I am. The path I walk has been marked, so I embrace the unknown. The footsteps are scarce in the sands of the desert, but mine imprinted though at times they drug. I've learned a lot, become anew, and will to teach.

The sense of disconnection and fragmentation is not unique to my own experiences. It's an ongoing human challenge, one that stems from our attempts to fit into molds that aren't truly ours. When we're forced to conform to the conditioning of the collective unconscious, we lose touch with our authentic selves and the world around us. This state of disconnection gives rise to what I call 'confused energy.' It's a toxic state of being, a disease that infects our minds, emotions, and spirits. Confused energy is the root of fear, anxiety, and uncertainty. It's a parasite that feeds on our doubts, our insecurities, and our fears.

It's the feeling of being lost, uncertain, and disconnected from our true nature. Confused energy manifests in various ways, such as:
- Feeling like you don't quite fit in or belong, and uncertainty in what to do with that.
- Experiencing anxiety, self-doubt, or uncertainty, and embodying those traits.
- Struggling to find purpose or meaning in life, and finding complacency.
- Feeling disconnected from your emotions, thoughts, or surroundings, and continuing to move in that state.

Confused energy is not something to be tolerated or accepted. It's a poison that must be purged, a corrosive force that must be neutralized. We must confront this disease head-on, acknowledging its presence and vowing to eradicate it from our lives.

To be confused is to not know. Therefore, the remedy is remembrance.

1, 2, 3. A, B, C. Red, Blue, Green.

The code is not just a random sequence; it's a blueprint for recognizing patterns, relationships, and associations that might otherwise remain hidden.

By applying this code, we can start to break down the barriers that separate us from our true selves and the world around us.

To apply this code, start by linking each number with a corresponding letter and color:
1-A-Red
2-B-Blue
3-C-Green

This initial connection sets the stage for a deeper understanding of the interconnectedness of our thoughts, experiences, and surroundings.

Working with the Code

Once you've established the initial connections, you can begin to apply the code to various aspects of your life:

1. Reflection: Use the code to reflect on your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Ask yourself: "What am I thinking (1-A-Red)? What am I feeling (2-B-Blue)? What am I experiencing (3-C-Green)?"

2. Pattern Recognition: Look for patterns and relationships between seemingly unrelated events, people, or experiences. Use the code to connect the dots and gain a deeper understanding of the world around you.

3. Energy Alignment: Use the code to align your energy with your intentions and desires. For example, if you're seeking clarity (1-A-Red), focus on the corresponding color, letter, and number to amplify your intention.

4. Integration: As you work with the code, integrate the connections and insights you've gained into your daily life. This will help you embody the principles of the code and cultivate a more authentic, compassionate, and mindful way of being.

Embracing the Unknown

As you journey deeper into the code, remember that the path ahead is not always clear. Embrace the unknown, and trust that the code will guide you toward a deeper understanding of yourself and the world around you.

The Power of Authenticity

By applying the code and embracing its principles, you'll begin to break down the barriers that separate you from your true self and the world around you. You'll cultivate a more authentic, compassionate, and mindful way of being, and you'll begin to recognize the interconnectedness of all existence. Remember, this journey is not about changing who you are; it's about embracing your true nature and living in alignment with your highest potential.

The Broom: A Symbol of Purification and Power

As I stand in my living space, broom in hand, I am reminded of the profound significance of this simple tool. The broom is more than just a means of sweeping away dust and dirt; it is a symbol of purification, clarity, and connection to one's self and surroundings. For me, sweeping is a ritual that goes beyond mere cleanliness. It is an act of mindfulness, a way of cultivating presence and awareness in my daily life. As I sweep, I am fully engaged in the moment, my senses heightened as I connect with the sound of the bristles against the floor, and the sight of the dust and dirt disappearing.

But the ritual doesn't end there. Once I've finished sweeping, I take a moment to run my hands through the bristles of the broom. It's a simple gesture, but one that holds profound significance. In that moment, I am connecting with the energy of the space, feeling the vibrations of the room, and honoring the sacredness of my living environment. Yet, I'm aware that this intimate moment of connection will be perceived as unconventional, and even unclean, by some - the idea of running my hands through the bristles and feeling the texture, may be seen as gross or unhygienic to others.

But this reaction reveals a deeper truth: We've begun to see our bodies and our environments as inherently dirty and flawed. But what if, instead of trying to eliminate every last imperfection, we embrace ourselves and our environments exactly as they unfold? Not as they are; AS THEY UNFOLD. As you interact. This is where the concept of observation comes in.

I awoke to read an article which highlighted the significant effects of observation on our subconscious mind. When we know we're being watched, our brain processes sensory information differently, accelerating face detection and heightening our awareness of our surroundings. This phenomenon is reminiscent of the double-slit experiment, where the act of observation changes the behavior of light. Similarly, our awareness of ourselves and our surroundings can change the way we experience reality. Just as the act of observation can change the behavior of subatomic particles, our awareness of ourselves and our surroundings can shape our experiences. When we're aware of everything we do, we're essentially observing ourselves; and this observation can have a profound impact on our behavior and perceptions.

So, what does this mean for our daily lives? How can we cultivate a deeper sense of awareness and connection with ourselves and our environments?

Mindful touching. Take a few moments each day to run your hands over the surfaces in your home, feeling for crumbs, dust, or other imperfections. Use your bare hands to wipe down surfaces, instead of relying solely on cleaning tools. As you move through your space, bring awareness to your feet as well, feeling the texture of the floor beneath you, the sensation of dust or dirt between your toes, and the energy of the space as you walk barefoot. If it's not smooth then sweep. By engaging your senses in this way, you're not just cleaning your environment; you're cultivating a deeper sense of awareness and connection with yourself and your surroundings.

Self-anointing. Take a few moments each day to massage oil into your scalp and onto the soles of your feet. This simple act can help you cultivate a deeper sense of love and acceptance for yourself, exactly as you are. Remember that you are worthy of care and reverence, just as a monarch tends to their own kingdom. By treating yourself with this kind of royal attention, you can begin to embody a sense of inner sovereignty and self-love, recognizing that your worth and value come from within.

As we cultivate this deeper sense of awareness and connection with ourselves and our environments, we begin to embody a profound truth: that we are not separate from the world around us, but an integral part of it. By embracing our own uniqueness and the imperfections of our surroundings, we can tap into a sense of inner sovereignty and self-love that inspires us to refine, to nurture, and to elevate ourselves and our world. We sweep away the dust and dirt, not just to clean our spaces, but to clear the way for growth, for transformation, and for the revelation of our own radiant, royal selves.

The Grounding Effect: Escaping the Need to Escape

I remember when I was a teenager, I was a rebel without a cause. I put my mom through hell, and one time, specifcally, I ended up in the hospital. I had taken too much DXM, "Triple C's", and my mom freaked out when she saw my lips had turned blue. Looking back, I'm pretty sure it was because I had chugged Nyquil earlier that night, but at the time, it was a scary moment for both of us.

As I lay in the hospital bed, my mom asked me,

"Why do you do these things to yourself?"

My response was, "To escape reality."

It was a profound moment, one that has stuck with me to this day. I realize now that I was searching for a way out, a way to transcend the difficulties and challenges of my life. I was always looking for something more, something beyond the mundane routine of daily life.

As I've grown older, I've come to realize that this desire to escape reality is not unique to me. I see it in many people, especially those who identify as spiritual seekers. They often talk about feeling like they don't belong on this earth, like they're meant for something more. There's a sense of disconnection from the physical world, a feeling that they're floating above their lives rather than being grounded in them. As I've learned through my own experience, it's precisely this connection to the earth that is essential for our growth and well-being.

When we're disconnected from our bodies and the natural world, we can feel lost and ungrounded. We might search for answers in otherworldly pursuits (which is fine don't get me wrong) but ultimately, it's the Earth that provides us with the foundation we need to thrive. I learned this the hard way.

For a long time, I was like a leaf blowing in the wind, never quite finding my footing. But when I finally started to connect with the Earth, to feel my feet on the ground and to live in the present moment, that's when I was able to bloom and flourish. It's ironic, isn't it? The more we try to escape the Earth, the more we need to return to it. You can't grow in space – that's just the way of the land.

As I look back, I realize that I was always searching for a way to transcend. But the truth is, there's no need to escape reality. There's beauty and wonder in the everyday moments. We just need to feel the solidity of the ground beneath our feet. Again, this is not to say that otherworldy pursuits are not important. They can be a powerful way to connect with something greater than ourselves, to find meaning and purpose in our lives. But when we get too caught up in all this, we can forget about the importance of the physical world. We can forget that our bodies are a part of the earth and that we're connected to the land and the natural world.

I've learned to appreciate the beauty of physicality.

I've learned to see the magic in the everyday moments, to find the wonder in the mundane. And it's this sense of connection, this sense of grounding, that has allowed me to thrive.
